Terms of Service

Postulate.Me is a free tool, in a pilot stage, for organizing your job search: applications, stages, HR contacts, analytics, and an MCP server to operate all of it from a compatible AI assistant.

Being a pilot project, it's offered "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability, and its features can change, be added, or be discontinued without prior notice.

You need to sign in with Google or your email to use the application. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account or that mailbox, since it's the gateway to your data.

The service isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Don't use Postulate.Me to upload illegal content, to try to access another account's data, to deliberately overload the service, or to misuse the MCP server or the AI listing generation.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate this.

You own the data you enter (applications, notes, attachments, contacts). We use it only to provide you the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you enter data about HR contacts or other people, you're responsible for that use being reasonable in the context of your own job search and for complying with whatever regulation applies to you.

The Searches section of the application doesn't scrape real job boards: it generates plausible listings with AI and scores them. Those rows are marked as generated and don't represent real job offers. If generation fails, no result is inserted — you'll never see a fabricated listing presented as a genuine one.

You can connect a compatible AI client (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your account through our MCP server. When authorizing a connection you choose whether it can only read your data or also write it, and you can revoke it at any time from your profile. You're responsible for the actions a connector you authorized takes.

Being a free pilot project, we don't guarantee any particular service level or uptime. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the service, with or without prior notice, though we'll try to give reasonable advance notice of any major change.

The software, design, and trademarks of Postulate.Me belong to whoever develops it. These terms don't transfer any rights over them to you, beyond using the application under these terms.

Postulate.Me is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including loss of uploaded data. We recommend periodically exporting your applications and contacts to CSV.

You can stop using the service whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, or close the service entirely if the pilot ends; in that case we'll try to give reasonable advance notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute is submitted to the competent ordinary courts of Argentina.

If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll note it on this same page along with the update date.
